Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and available USPS or UPS services. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking will be provided when available.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable address.

Free local pickup is available in Ashland City, Tennessee for eligible orders. Pickup orders are usually ready within 24 hours. Please wait for your ready-for-pickup notification before arriving.

Some oversized, heavy, or fragile items may be marked LOCAL PICKUP ONLY and cannot be shipped.

If an order arrives damaged, contact moonchildmarkettn@gmail.com as soon as possible and keep all packaging for possible carrier claims.
